SOS Station designed a custom PVC pouch for Personal Collection in Malaysia — a transparent product-launch gift built around a custom silicone zipper and an engineered pouch thickness.
The brief called for a giveaway that felt like a finished product, so both the zipper and the PVC gauge had to be designed to spec rather than pulled from a catalogue.

SOS Station handled the transparent pouch end-to-end across all eight steps — concept, design, tooling, sourcing, audit, QC, pack, and ship.
SOS Station engineered the PVC to a specified thickness and tooled a custom silicone zipper for Personal Collection, delivering an original launch gift designed from scratch rather than a catalogue reorder.
