Official rider apparel for Yamaha's dealerships.
Yamaha needed an official raincoat set for distribution across dealerships in Malaysia — lightweight, trendy, and genuinely waterproof.
The challenge was holding quality and offering variations while staying inside a tight cost target.
How we built it
SOS Station produced the Yamaha raincoat set full turnkey — selecting the taffeta material, sourcing and producing to a waterproof-tested standard, and managing variations against a fixed cost target.
