Principle Duties
- Response Center Vienna
- Qualifies and prioritises rapidly and effectively all incoming calls and customer needs and problems
- Finds, communicates and implement solutions to the customer's problems
- Documents the call according to the quality system, and performs the qualification
- Follow up for the case done, until it is entirely solved.
- Account RCE for European Countries
- Work within a team
- Good communication to the local (MIT, sales, order processing, management) and worldwide (European response centers, tech. Marketing) teams is necessary
Minimum Position Qualification
- Telephone/communication skills
- BS in computer science or other equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of medical environment
- Skills in HP-UX 9.05 and 10.20, Linux
- Skills in PC platforms (Win NT, W2k,XP ...)
- Skills in Windows 2003 Server
- Skills in Windows SQL Server
- Skills in Oracle databases
- Skills in Networking
Business awareness:
- Ability to interface and communicate with customers and also with other internal functions
- Ability to work in a fast changing environment
- Ability to work in a structured, analytical way
- Good knowledge about IT tools
